I decided to beat this California heat with a Rosa Paloma, a citrusy refresher. Make one with me (& make a few more for your friends, too).INGREDIENTS:2 Btls. Calirosa ‘Reposado’ Tequila1 ½ qts. Grapefruit Juice12 oz. Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed6 oz. Agave SyrupSparkling WaterGarnish Grapefruit Wedges, Lime Wheel, Fresh Rosemary SprigHalf Rim TajinHOW TO:Mix the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup into a large glass dispenser. Stir. Add grapefruit wedges, lime wheel and fresh rosemary sprig into the dispenser. Have your ice-chilled bottles of sparkling water next to your dispenser so guests can top off their Paloma with it. Cheers!
