Following on from my stories earlier I just wanted to answer this question “why didn’t you get on the scales and not look” this is why .. I can’t not look , i self sabotage i got myself to a place where the number on the scales were more important than living ! I wasn’t living I was existing … and I work hard everyday to make sure I’m living not just existing, we wouldn’t expect an alcoholic to just have one drink would we? Eating disorders have the highest mortality rates among psychiatric disorders! Let’s do better @beatedsupport if you are struggling ❤️
