I bought myself some new plates and bowls. I made a vow that every time I used them it would be a reminder. A reminder that no matter how empty or low I get, no matter how many no’s or unexpected turns or rejections I encounter, I will always have the power to feel ‘full’ again. Refuel myself and my soul. My mental health has been struggling this past month but it’s helped having something tangible to look at and be reminded everyday. It’s inspired me to learn to cook more and do things that bring me joy. Eating yummy foods, doing crafts, reading, traveling, learning. It’s a nice reminder to be intentional with the things we surround ourselves with. ????
