In honor of this week’s episode of @kardashianshulu, I wanted to reflect on how grateful I am to have had @ericakomisar visit my home and spend time with me and some friends, speaking openly about parenting, attachment, and the emotional lives of our children.I first listened to Erica Komisar on a podcast and really connected to what she was sharing as a parenting expert with over 25 years of research. Like many mothers, I felt both blessed and a little unsure of how to prioritize everything on my plate. I reached out to Erica and asked if she would come over to talk with me and my friends about all things motherhood and the specific questions we had. Filming and sharing this conversation felt important to me…in case it could help anyone else wondering similar things in their own homes. She touched on so many powerful themes, and the episode captures only a small glimpse of the hours we spent together.
