Life recently ????I’ve been embracing mental and body wellness practices in my life over the past 5 years, and the results have been life-changing????I get so many questions about my fitness and wellbeing routine all the time, so here’s a small snippet of my weekly schedule which includes a lot????:✔️ Weekly Pilates sessions with clients.✔️ Daily morning yoga (being certified in ashtanga yoga helps me have a more intuitive mind and body alignment).✔️ My workouts currently focus around home peloton and weight training at the moment, depending on how much time I have in the week ????.✔️ Can't forget my morning juice detox; I have my first meal around 12pm with a black coffee (my only addiction)✔️ 20 minutes of meditation in our meditation room.✔️ My spiritual practice. (Recommend this) ✔️ and a Full skincare routine (I don’t think I can share it it’s a bit extreme ????) ✨.Also, I don’t forget to get glam and have some fun on date nights because balance is important, and joy is a form of self-care too. ????
