My 50 Day Challenge! ICYMI, yesterday I decided to start a 50 day challenge as we’re going away for Sam’s sisters wedding in 50 days time! It’s basically my own take on #75hard and #75softchallenge and my rules are as follows…-at least 45 minutes workout a day (can be a walk if need be) -only alcohol on 4 occasions I already have booked in (a girls brunch, Aintree Ladies Day, Lunch at Pizarro, the BAFTAs)-10 pages of any non fiction book-2 litres of water -No fizzy-eat well, following @rhitrition ‘s plan for me.I might fail, I might not but with just over 150 days til our own wedding, the heat is on (in Saigon x) so I feel like breaking it in to chunks (when we get home from Ibiza I have 43 days til my hen do so can do a 40 day challenge) motivates me more than just plodding along!
